FAQ

Questions travellers ask

Is the Eiffel Tower entrance ticket included in the tour?

Yes. Your Eiffel Tower entrance ticket is included in the price of the tour. The floors you can access depend on the option selected when booking.

Does the tour include access to the Eiffel Tower summit?

It depends on the option you book. Some tours include access to the 2nd floor, while others also include access to the summit. Please check the details of your selected tour before booking.

Is this a skip-the-line ticket?

Your reservation gives you access to the Eiffel Tower according to the conditions of your selected tour. However, no ticket can bypass all lines. Security checks are mandatory for all visitors, and there may also be a wait for the elevators, particularly during busy periods.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time. Eiffel Tower tickets are time-specific, so late arrivals may not be able to join the tour. Make sure to go to the meeting point and NOT under the Eiffel Tower.

Can I bring a stroller to the Eiffel Tower?

Yes, foldable strollers are generally permitted. However, you may be asked to fold your stroller when using the elevators or during particularly busy periods.

Is the Eiffel Tower accessible to visitors with reduced mobility?

Elevators provide access to the 1st and 2nd floors for visitors with reduced mobility. However, for safety and evacuation reasons, the summit is not accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.
