Bookings may be made through the booking centre — by telephone, by email or on the

PARIS CITY VISION reserves the right to cancel or amend certain tours without notice
where the comfort or safety of Customers so requires, in particular in the event of
force majeure, strike action, natural disaster, cultural event, administrative decision
or exceptional closure. Force majeure means any event external to the affected party
which is at once unforeseeable, irresistible and insurmountable, and which would prevent
PARIS CITY VISION from performing all or part of the obligations placed upon it by this
Contract.

Where tours are cancelled by PARIS CITY VISION, Customers may request a refund of
their tickets or of any package booked.

For PARIS SEINE La Marina services, cruises being subject to navigation rules, the
provider reserves the right to assess whether or not the river is navigable. Cruises may
be cancelled or amended at any time from the date of booking, including on the scheduled
departure day, pursuant to the aforementioned rules, or in the event of weather
conditions liable to endanger the safety of those carried.

Within the limits provided by applicable law, where a cruise is cancelled for reasons
of force majeure (flooding, navigation ban issued by the authorities, and so on), a
discount of 15% of the total amount, excluding options, will be applied.

The trip may be cancelled by the organiser or the agency if the minimum number of
participants is not reached:

Within the limits provided by applicable law, the Customer will then be refunded all
sums paid but will not be entitled to any compensation.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices include all the services described for each tour or Service.

Prices are stated per person, in euros unless otherwise indicated, and inclusive of
all taxes.

The prices shown on the PARIS CITY VISION website are valid only for bookings made on
the website, directly online.

The promotions shown on the PARIS CITY VISION website are valid only on that website.
They may not be claimed through another sales channel. They are subject to certain
conditions, in particular as to dates, which will be stated.

Article 4 — Children's rates

Children's rates apply from three (3) to eleven (11) years inclusive, unless
otherwise specified for the Services concerned. In some cases the age may vary; please
refer to the details of the tour concerned as set out on the website.

Thus, for Disneyland Paris®, children's rates apply from three (3) to eleven (11)
years exclusive.

Children under three (3) travel free of charge. A booking is nonetheless required, in
order to guarantee the availability of a child seat, which is mandatory under French
regulations. Infants may not travel on a parent's lap in minibuses. Meals are not
included and require a supplement payable on site.

Article 5 — Operations and departure times

For excursions departing from our agencies and departure points

For all tours and activities departing from our agencies (see Article 15), Customers
must check in between thirty (30) and twenty (20) minutes before the departure time.
Boarding closes ten (10) minutes before departure.

For Premium excursions in a private minibus

Customers must be present at least fifteen (15) minutes before departure in the hotel
lobby or at the main entrance of the building, in the case of a stay in a private
apartment.

For tours departing from the site

Customers must be present on site at least fifteen (15) minutes in advance.

For Paris Seine La Marina services

Customers must be present at least fifteen (15) minutes before the boat's departure
time.

PARIS CITY VISION may under no circumstances be held liable for a delay caused by an
event outside its control, traffic disruption, strike action, demonstrations,
exceptional closures or weather warnings.

For operational management reasons, PARIS CITY VISION needs to know the Customer's
local contact details (mobile number or email address, hotel location), to be given at
the time of booking in accordance with these GTC.

In accordance with its privacy policy, PARIS CITY VISION undertakes not to use this
information for commercial purposes.

Article 6 — Payment terms

Payment must be made at the time of booking, in full, using one of the available
payment methods.

Article 7 — Transfer of the contract

In accordance with Article L.211-11 of the French Tourism Code, the Customer may
transfer this Contract for as long as it has had no effect and up to seven (7) days
before departure, by informing the agency within a reasonable time, to a person meeting
the same conditions as the Customer. The Customer and the transferee remain jointly and
severally liable for payment of the balance of the Contract and of the transfer fees,
which will be notified to them.

Article 8 — Dress code for evening excursions

Customers are asked to observe the dress code for the following Services: any evening
show, including the Moulin Rouge, dinner at the Eiffel Tower and dinner cruises.

For these Services, smart city dress is required. For men, jackets are appreciated,
as are dress shoes.

Shorts, jeans, trainers and beach footwear such as flip-flops will not be
accepted.

Article 9 — Customers with reduced mobility

Only certain excursions are suitable for Customers with reduced mobility. We strongly
recommend always checking at the time of booking whether the excursion is indeed
suitable.

In such cases, Customers must be accompanied by an able-bodied person. Guides, tour
leaders and coach drivers are not authorised to assist Customers with reduced
mobility.

It is essential to inform PARIS CITY VISION at the time of booking of any mobility
equipment, so that the best possible service can be offered. Failing this, the Customer
may be refused access and will have to return at their own expense.

As PARIS CITY VISION does not have adapted means of transport, the Customer must be
able to board independently, assisted by a third party.

At the time of booking, information on the type of equipment used must be given to
the PARIS CITY VISION booking department (stating the dimensions of the wheelchair,
whether it is electric or manual, and whether it folds), so that the most suitable
service can be offered. A non-folding wheelchair cannot be accepted on board.

Likewise, guide dogs will only be accepted if PARIS CITY VISION is informed at the
time of booking and on presentation of the guide dog card.

Article 10 — Liability

Within the limits provided by applicable law, PARIS CITY VISION may not be held
liable for non-performance of the Contract in the event of force majeure as defined by
Article 1218 of the French Civil Code and by the case law of the French courts, or in
the event of damage caused by a third party outside its control, or attributable to
misuse or non-compliant use of the Services by the Customer in breach of PARIS CITY
VISION's instructions.

Finally, it is recalled that, within the limits provided by applicable law and where
its strict liability is engaged on account of its providers, the compensation limits
resulting from international conventions under Article L.211-17-IV of the French Tourism
Code will apply; failing that, and save for personal injury, intentional damage or
damage caused by negligence, any damages are limited to three times the total price of
the trip or stay.

Personal belongings

PARIS CITY VISION and its suppliers may not be held liable for the loss or theft of
personal belongings or luggage during transport, tours and excursions, and cannot
undertake either to find or to return them. All costs incurred in this respect will be
borne by the Customer.

Only small bags are permitted, in accordance with the rules applying to museums and
national monuments.

Customers' luggage may not be left at our agencies or in our coaches during
tours.

Leaving French territory

For any departure from French territory, it is the Customer's responsibility to check
that they hold the documents required for their stay: a passport with a visa if
necessary, or a valid identity card.

Interrupting a tour

Any interruption of a tour or Service during its performance, at the Customer's sole
initiative, does not give rise to any refund.

Within the limits provided by applicable law, the Customer's voluntary departure
releases PARIS CITY VISION from any obligation and any liability for any incident that
may occur after that departure.

Late arrival

Any late arrival will be treated as an interruption of the tour resulting from the
Customer's voluntary departure and will have the same consequences. PARIS CITY VISION
will therefore be released from any liability and the Customer will have to return at
their own expense.

Drugs and alcohol

The Customer undertakes to behave in a manner consistent with common sense and with
the laws and regulations in force, in particular the prohibitions on smoking, consuming
alcohol and carrying dangerous materials.

PARIS CITY VISION reserves the right to disembark any Customer who breaches the
regulations and/or whose behaviour is manifestly liable to place other Customers, the
driver or a third party at risk, without that Customer being able to claim any
compensation or refund.

We remind you that alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. PARIS CITY VISION may
not be held liable for the behaviour of, or accidents affecting, Customers who are
intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, or for any damage they may cause.

Article 11 — Insurance

PARIS CITY VISION holds an insurance contract covering the financial consequences of
the civil liability it incurs in the course of its activity, with the insurance company
MMA IARD, 14 boulevard Marie et Alexandre Oyon, 72030 Le Mans Cedex 9.

PARIS CITY VISION is a member of the Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du
Tourisme (APST), the collective guarantee body provided for in Book II of the French
Tourism Code, located at 15 avenue Carnot, 75017 Paris. In order to carry out the
activities set out in Article L.211-1 of that Code, it benefits from the undertaking
provided for in Articles L.211-18 and R.211-26 to R.211-34 of that Code, as amended by
Decree no. 2005-1111 of 2 September 2015.

PARIS CITY VISION is registered with Atout France under number IM075120024.

Article 12 — Data protection

Provisions concerning the protection of personal data, as set out in the French Data
Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended by the Act of 20 June 2018 on the protection
of personal data, and in the European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), are
set out in a separate document entitled "Privacy Policy".

In addition, since their telephone details were collected at the time of booking, the
Customer may register free of charge on the telephone marketing opt-out list at
https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr.

Article 13 — Governing law

These GTC are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard
to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these GTC, or its application to any person or circumstance, is
held to be void, that invalidity will not affect the other provisions or applications of
these GTC, which will remain in force independently of the provision held to be void. To
that end, the provisions of these GTC are declared severable.

In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the interpretation and/or
performance of these GTC, the Customer may choose to submit the dispute with PARIS CITY
VISION to conventional mediation or to any other alternative dispute resolution
procedure.

The Customer may in particular contact the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman: MTV
Médiation Tourisme Voyage, BP 80 303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17 —
www.mtv.travel.

The Customer is informed that:

Finally, should this mediation procedure fail, or should the Customer wish to bring
the matter before a court, the rules of the French Code of Civil Procedure will
apply.

Article 14 — Complaints

For any complaint regarding an invoice, the Customer is invited to contact PARIS CITY
VISION by email at booking@pariscityvision.com.
